The grapes are sourced from Sustainably farmed Vineyards in Lodi and the Sierra Foothills. The wine is aged mostly in tank with 10% in older oak cooperage.

Once thought of as strictly a blending grape, Petite Sirah has emerged as one of the most interesting grape varieties available. The wine has deep color, rich aromatics and substantial flavors.

While most of the Pinot Grigio from Northern Italy is light bodied and made in an easy to drink style we chose to make a more full bodied wine. The grapes are picked at their maximum ripeness and whole cluster pressed.

The grapes are sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in the Sierra Foothills. Most vineyards are less than 20 years old.

True to the Italian heritage of Santino, we produce Rosato. This dry Rose is the perfect wine for spring and summer outdoor dining and socializing.
